Lincoln Campus Center Waterproofing and Garage Repairs
Gale provided evaluation, design and construction administration services related to the removal and replacement of the Lincoln Campus Center’s waterproofing system. Excavation of the landscaping, driving, and walking surfaces was performed to expose the varying structural concrete deck surfaces, and new liquid applied waterproofing, drainage matrix, tapered insulation and drain components were installed after the completion of concrete deck repairs. Modifications to the existing concrete retaining wall were performed to accommodate a new decorative railing system.
