Building Enclosure Commissioning Services
The Residences at 1500 Main Street is a five-story wood framed multifamily facility with 237 units consisting of three buildings: A, B, and C, adjacent to the MBTA commuter rail station. Buildings B and C are five stories with four-over-one construction including residential space with parking areas constructed “podium style.” Building A is five stories of retail and residential space with no garage parking. Designed by Utile Design, Gale provided building enclosure commissioning services for the design and construction phases.
