The Hooksett Safety Center experienced water infiltration at the lower-level metal roofs above office and dispatch areas during wind-driven rain events. The Apparatus Bay roof also exhibited leakage due to age-related deterioration, ponding water, and inadequate drainage. Gale performed a visual evaluation of the roofing, flashing, and related accessory systems to identify the sources of moisture intrusion.
Working closely with the Town, Gale developed repair designs and prepared construction drawings and technical specifications for contractor bidding. Gale also provided limited construction-phase services.
