The Derry Cooperative School District retained Gale to evaluate deteriorated conditions at Derry Village Elementary School, West Running Brook Middle School (WRBMS), and South Range Elementary School (SRES). The assessment was conducted to identify repair needs and help the District plan for long-term investments that support the safety, performance, and longevity of the buildings.
Based on Gale’s evaluation, the District requested Gale to develop technical specifications and drawings for the replacement of select masonry cladding at WRBMS and the replacement of exterior wall cladding, windows, and entrance storefront systems at SRES.
