Tuck Hall, constructed 1929, is one of the original campus facilities and serves as the main administrative building for the Tuck School of Business. Constructed to the east and west elevations of Tuck Hall are the Chase and Woodbury Halls, built in 1930. Each buildings’ roof system consists of steep-slope slate shingle roofs, low-slope EPDM roofs, and copper dormers.
Gale performed an evaluation of the existing roof systems due to reported moisture infiltration, and prepared drawings and technical specifications to replace the steep-slope slate shingle, low-slope EPDM roof areas, and copper dormers to resolve the leakage and match the existing historic aesthetic.
