Building Enclosure Consulting and Design Services
Gale performed building enclosure evaluation and design services for KAR Global, a leader in digital marketplace solutions for the used vehicle industry, for the acquisition of ADESA U.S.’s vehicle logistics centers nationwide. At six locations—totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet—Gale provided design services that included evaluation and repair of exterior envelope assemblies, development of plans and specifications for replacements and structural repairs/augmentation, as well as bid and construction phase services.
Each project required careful coordination to accommodate logistical constraints such as work hours, phased construction, odor compliance, and designated laydown areas.
