GEA performed a visual evaluation and selective roof test cuts of the roofing and flashing systems and related accessory construction of this multi-story historic building housing the Cooper-Hewitt Design Museum. The total roof area is approximately 7,000 SF and consists primarily of low slope, single ply membrane systems. The evaluation focuses on the condition of the roof and configuration, and a report documenting the observed deficiencies.
