The Conway School District retained Gale to provide architectural and engineering services for the removal and replacement of approximately 550 exterior windows at Kennett High School. Gale evaluated the existing fiberglass-framed double-hung window openings and found widespread deterioration, including displaced frames that made the windows difficult to operate.
Working closely with the School District, Gale prepared construction drawings and technical specifications to replace the failed windows with new thermally efficient aluminum-framed systems. Gale also assisted with contractor bidding and provided construction-phase services over two summer construction seasons.
