Building Enclosure Commissioning and Associated Leak Testing
A three-story addition to the historic court building provides a modern courtroom and office spaces for a variety of state judicial services. Designed by Leers Weinzapfel Associates, the addition is LEED® Silver certified and preserved the existing structure of the court building built in the 1930s. Gale provided consultation regarding installation of the building enclosure systems for the addition during construction phases.
