Structural Engineering and Building Envelope Consulting for Parking Structure Repairs
The City of Lowell retained Gale to provide structural engineering and building envelope consulting services for the George A. Ayotte and Joseph M. Downes parking facilities. We evaluated the interior and exterior structural elements of the parking structures, associated stair towers, elevator towers, and storefront assemblies. We developed an existing conditions report containing results of our research and field observations and provided design and bid phase services for the construction measures selected by the City.
