Roof Replacement and Facade Repairs

The Brigham and Women’s 221 Longwood Avenue Facility consists of three buildings, the Eugene Braunwald Research Center (circa 1992), the Boston Lying-In building (circa 1922), and the Richardson Fuller building (circa 1926). Each building experienced water infiltration from failing roof systems. Gale evaluated the roof and facade components of each building and provided design and construction administration services, in separate phases, for the roof replacements and associated building enclosure repairs.
