The innovative Gator Village Honors Residential College (HRC) was designed and constructed to accommodate the increase in demand from UF students for campus housing. The HRC (413,578 SF) is intended to add to UF’s catalog of the most popular living style arrangements for single undergraduate students. Gale performed the commissioning requirements related to the building enclosure components of the facility.
