Building Enclosure Commissioning
Towson University’s New Science Facility is anticipated to achieve LEED Silver certification. Gale provided red-line mark-ups of the architect’s drawings and specifications directly related to the building enclosure systems, and limited construction phase services, including building enclosure consulting, which consisted of attending pre-construction and progress meetings, reviewing off-site mock-ups and testing, and performing period observations of the contractor’s work related to the building enclosure systems.
