Building Enclosure Commissioning Services
Jackson Laboratory is a state-of-the-art 189,000 sf facility dedicated to the research of genomic medicine. Gale performed a peer review of the Design Development and Construction Documents (plans and specifications) related to the building enclosure, and an engineering analyses of specific enclosure components including WUFI and THERM. We also reviewed sub-contractor shop drawings including foundation and blind side slab waterproofing, air/vapor barrier systems, flashings, curtain walls, insulated metal wall panels, interlocking zinc metal wall panels, stone masonry assemblies, thermoplastic (PVC) and standing seam zinc roofing. In addition, we provided construction phase monitoring and observation of on-site mockup testing of enclosure components.
