Parking Garage Evaluation and Repairs
Gale was retained to provide structural engineering design and consulting services for waterproofing repairs at the School of Management’s five-level, below-grade concrete parking garage. The construction work focused on the repair of deteriorated concrete, the repair/replacement of drains and pipes, and the application of a traffic-bearing waterproofing membrane. Gale assisted with phasing repair options to be performed over five (5) years to accommodate budget constraints and to schedule repairs during times of low usage between academic years.
