Gale was engaged by Roger Williams University to perform frequent on-call consulting services—building enclosure evaluation, structural and civil engineering, and athletic facilities engineering—to assist the University with preventative maintenance regarding leaks at roofs, walls, windows, and curtainwall systems, to determine air infiltration issues, and to develop capital planning budgets to prioritize future campus improvements. Projects include roof replacements, life safety/enhanced fall protection, window replacements, structural system upgrades, and athletic field improvements.
