On-Call Building Enclosure, Civil and Structural Engineering Services
Gale has provided Roger Williams University with building enclosure and civil/athletic engineering services including roof replacements, life safety/enhanced fall protection, window replacements, athletic field design, civil and structural engineering projects. Gale has performed frequent on-call work and has assisted with preventative maintenance regarding leaks at roofs, walls, windows, and curtainwall systems. We have performed envelope evaluations to help capital planning to prioritize future projects, as well as performed evaluations to determine the source of air infiltration issues.
