Building Enclosure Commissioning Services
The new Lake Buena Vista High School consists of nine buildings totaling approximately 350,000 GSF of Conditioned Space and approximately 202,500 SF of roofing. The buildings vary from one to three stories. The wall system consists of tilt-up concrete wall panels with various fenestration openings. Gale provided limited commissioning requirements related to the building envelope systems (i.e., waterproofing, air vapor barriers, roofing, flashings at transitions, curtain walls, and fenestrations). We performed design phase technical peer review, construction, close-out and warranty phase services.
