Roof Replacement and Facade Repairs
The Brigham and Women’s 221 Longwood Avenue Facility consists of three buildings, the Eugene Braunwald Research Center (circa 1992), the Boston Lying-In building (circa 1922), and the Richardson Fuller building (circa 1926). All three buildings were experiencing water infiltration through failing roof systems. Gale separated the project into three phases, one for each building. Each phase consisted of evaluation, design, and construction phase services for roof replacements and associated building enclosure repairs.
