Victor is a Senior Staff Designer and has been with Gale for over three years. His skills include AutoCAD drafting, leading and performing fenestration testing, forensic leak testing, and performing building enclosure evaluations.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is working on designing and developing construction documents for a variety of projects. The best is when a project requires very specific detailing that necessitates an equally specific solution. Though sometimes it can be a struggle, it provides a learning opportunity that I otherwise would not have been exposed to.
