What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is recruiting. One of Gale’s biggest assets is its employees, and I enjoy working with my team to find qualified candidates to join the Gale family. I also love being an instrumental part of creating and implementing new training and benefit programs that will help our employees grow within Gale. Making sure that our employees have the tools they need to maintain focus on their work, while also thriving in their life outside of Gale, is one of our top priorities.
