Carl has experience working in construction management and with a municipal engineering department, where he developed CAD design skills and gained lots of on-site experience. As a Staff Designer at Gale, he develops plans for civil and athletic facility projects and continues to learn new skills and techniques.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I most enjoy experiencing getting to experience the evolution of a project and the different problem solving involved with each part. I like how you see the site when you’re in the field for a survey, design the project in the office, and then get to go back out to see the CAD design from your computer screen being built in real life.
