Blaine performs building enclosure assessments such as leaks tests, IR scans, and chamber tests. He also designs and develops construction documents for roof replacements, waterproofing projects, and facade improvement and repair projects, while providing on-site construction phase services.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is having a good mix between office and field work and working in a team environment to solve problems.
