Armand has worked in aviation planning since 1991. He is a former director of aviation planning at the MA Aeronautics Commission. Armand specializes in airport planning and environmental permitting also have background in municipal planning and environmental design.

My favorite part of the job is collaborating with fellow engineers, administrators, and clients to solve concerns.
