What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part is the problem-solving challenges that come with working on existing structures. Each project has unique conditions that often require creative solutions, and I enjoy continually learning as I develop these solutions. I also like that in my role, I am contributing to the restoration of existing buildings so they can remain in use for their communities.
