Melissa Dozier performs structural engineering calculations for the design of new and the rehabilitation of existing buildings. She performs condition assessments and prepares contract documents for parking structure repair projects, and conducts building enclosure evaluations and field work for exterior building enclosure rehabilitation projects including forensics, engineering, design, coordination, preparation of specifications, and construction phase services.
