Brian Neely is the Director of the Building Enclosure Consulting and Commissioning Groups at Gale, responsible for practice leadership, project management, and client development. He is an industry building enclosure expert with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the building enclosure consulting from peer review, field testing, forensics, remediation design and, construction to commissioning for new construction and renovation projects. He actively serves in leadership roles of numerous professional societies across the build enclosure industry such as CSI, the BSA Building Enclosure Council, and NBIS providing guidance in the educational training and development of building enclosure professionals.
