Allison works with the Structural Engineering Group to service the structural needs of Gale’s projects, which involve restoration and renovation of existing buildings, support for building facades and roofs, new structures to support athletic facility development, and new buildings associated with our aviation division. As an active member of Gale’s “Attract, Retain, Grow” Strategic Planning Group, she is continually working on training, mentoring, and developing Gale’s team.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy working with team members of varying backgrounds to develop solutions for our challenging projects. I love that each day is different in the world of engineering, architecture, and planning.
