Caroline is a recent graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with a degree in Civil Engineering and a focus on Structural Engineering. In college she enjoyed participating in various structural-focused clubs, electives, and internships. Her favorite of these was RPI’s steel bridge competition team, where she held positions as both a builder and a designer.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is learning more about all the behind the scenes work that goes into constructing or repairing a building, and seeing how everything I learned in college applies to the real world.
