Fire Escape Evaluation, Design, and Construction
Gale evaluated five existing fire escapes at the Cardinal O’Connell, Green, Molloy, Moody, and Washington Schools in compliance with applicable Lowell and Massachusetts State Building Codes for fire escape structures, which are required to be evaluated for suitability of use every five years. We evaluated each fire escape and prepared an existing conditions report outlining proposed repairs to meet city and state code requirements. Based on the forensic findings, Gale prepared design documents for the renovations.
