Lynette has 16 years of Human Resources experience. She received her undergraduate degree from Salem State University where she received a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Resource Management. She also holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Framingham State University.
Shortly after graduation, Lynette received her Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP certifications. She has worked in the private and public sectors specializing in recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is recruiting. One of Gale’s biggest assets is its employees, and I enjoy working with my team to find qualified candidates to join the Gale family. I also love being an instrumental part of creating and implementing new training and benefit programs that will help our employees grow within Gale. Making sure that our employees have the tools they need to maintain focus on their work, while also thriving in their life outside of Gale, is one of our top priorities.
