Drainage & Roadway Infrastructure Improvements
The Town of Chester, Halls Village Road had been plagued with surface distresses and stormwater management conditions for almost 20 years. The Town decided to replace the existing undersized drainage infrastructure and reclaim the existing road surface (with supplemental stone to improve the base structure) from NH Route 121 (Haverhill Road) to Webster Lane (approximately 5,865 feet), totaling 5,865 feet of drainage and road improvements. Gale performed design, bidding, and construction observation services during the five-month, fast-track roadway construction project.
