Gale performed athletic planning and design services for this cutting-edge complex featuring NCAA tennis and golf training facilities to serve as the home of men’s and women’s tennis and golf programs—including dedicated locker rooms, golf simulators, coaches’ offices, spectator areas, and a hospitality lounge. Totaling 9,961square feet, Gale led the design of the post-tensioned concrete tennis courts, and site development including LED sports lighting, retaining walls, ADA accessible walkways, utility upgrades, and subsurface stormwater management systems.
