Notre Dame Academy is a private, all-girls, college-preparatory Catholic school located on the 15-acre Knollwood historic estate listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Gale performed a visual assessment of the roof, windows, and building enclosure systems of the Knollwood Main House, the Gage House, the School Building, and the Athletic Building on the Notre Dame Academy campus.
The purpose of this evaluation was to gain a clearer understanding of existing conditions, repair and replacement options, identify priorities, and budgetary planning. Exterior and interior observations were conducted to document active water infiltration and related conditions. These assessments informed the Academy’s 10-year management plan and budget.
