Track and Softball Field Renovations
Gale performed evaluations of the existing track, including general assessment of existing conditions, overall planarity, drainage, and associated field venue areas. We evaluated the layout of the softball diamond to comment on general compliance with design standard geometries for the type of competition intended. Gale finalized the design documents and technical specifications suitable for competitive bidding and assisted with bid phase services. We reviewed contractor shop drawings and material submittals, responded to RFIs, reviewed contractor requests for payment, and assisted with the preparation of change orders.
