Athletic Facility Reconstruction
Gale performed a site investigation and developed conceptual plans and site/civil design for renovation of the high school athletic campus. The renovation design involved the conversion of the natural grass field to a synthetic turf for a multi-purpose field, running track, field and track event layout, grading, and drainage, new grandstand and press box, renovated restroom building, and new site circulation walkways. Gale led the permitting and bid process under the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act for work in a flood zone and in the riverfront resource area, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B.
