Fire Escape Evaluation, Design, and Construction
Gale conducted an existing condition assessment of the fire escapes at the Cardinal O’Connell, Green, Molloy, Moody, and Washington Schools, which are required to be evaluated every five years for suitability of use in compliance with applicable Lowell and Massachusetts State Building Codes for fire escape structures. Our visual investigation and findings were summarized in an existing conditions report along with the preparation of detailed repair design documents for the structural renovations to meet the city and state code requirements.
