Much of Steven’s experience involves local and state permitting in Massachusetts/Greater Boston Area; projects include affordable housing projects (“40B” Housing) and commercial/industrial warehouse projects. He is especially adept at by-hand grading and smart grades using Civil 3D. Steven is also a soil evaluator in Massachusetts.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I love the thought process behind being an engineer; identifying issues and solving them, whether it’s challenging existing terrain, poor soils, or lack of space, is where I find pleasure in my job.
