Steve Marshall is the Managing Principal of Gale Associates, Inc., responsible for corporate leadership and overall business operations and performance of the company. He is an industry leading expert in building enclosures with over 30 years of project leadership experience in all aspects of building enclosure consulting and commissioning of existing and new buildings. He consults in the areas of building enclosure systems and assemblies – roofs, walls, windows, curtainwalls, and waterproofing – evaluations, forensics, design, bidding, and construction quality assurance.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I think my favorite part of the job is getting to work with the people of Gale on a daily basis. Now that I am the Principal, I get more involvement with each of the disciplines where we can collaborate to continue direction from past leaderships when developing the company. We strive to see Gale expand and I’m looking forward to working with everyone to help that happen.
