Sean manages Gale’s UAV operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience supporting engineering and construction projects. He leads the growth and advancement of Gale’s drone program, overseeing flight teams, regulatory compliance, equipment management, mission planning, and advanced data collection and analysis. His expertise includes UAV technologies, photogrammetry, thermal imaging, and engineering assessments, complemented by a strong focus on leadership, safety, and efficient project delivery across a range of applications.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy that every project presents its own challenges. It brings out the problem solver in me and keeps me thinking. I enjoy working with a team and look forward to growing our UAV capabilities.
