Lily Hague is a Staff Designer in Gale’s Building Enclosure Consulting and Commissioning Group. She supports project teams with building enclosure evaluations, field testing, and the preparation of design and construction documentation, including AutoCAD drawings. Lily is involved in construction-phase services, including on-site construction observation, field reporting, and submittal review. She is a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation in design, sustainability, data analysis, and applied research.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of working at Gale is the variety of projects and the opportunity to learn something new with each project. I also love the relationships I have built with colleagues, team members, and clients.
