Jules Napoleon is a Senior Staff Designer with over nine years of experience in civil engineering and building forensics. As a member in the Building Enclosure Consulting and Commissioning Group, Jules contributes to the planning, design, and permitting of diverse restoration and repair projects, including industrial, institutional, commercial, multifamily residential, and athletic and recreational facilities.
