Jackson Caffey participates in the evaluation, design, and construction phases of building enclosure repair and rehabilitation projects. He performs field evaluations, assists with the preparation of construction documents, and conducts construction observations to support successful project delivery. As an FAA-certified Remote Pilot (Part 107), he operates drone flights to safely and efficiently evaluate roofs, façades, and other difficult-to-access building components, providing valuable data for condition assessments and repair recommendations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction and brings prior construction industry experience to his role, providing practical insights during the observation of construction activities in the field.
