What is your favorite part of your job?

Whether it’s my direct team in the Aviation Group, individuals in our corporate or satellite offices, or our clients, my favorite part of my job is the people I work with. When you are surrounded by supportive, talented, professional teammates, it makes work life so enjoyable. You can’t put a price on being part of a team you know has your back and is willing to do whatever it takes to help accomplish shared goals.

Who are you outside of Gale?

I have many interests outside of Gale. I love hiking with my husband and dog, running, and traveling, but my biggest passion is singing. I’ve been performing for most of my life in various capacities, and I’m currently the female lead of an 80s tribute band! I love collaborating with my bandmates and being on stage, but the biggest thrill for me is the smiles on the faces of the audience, knowing they’re connecting with the music and enjoying the show.
