What is your favorite part of your job?
Meeting people and talking about our company. I enjoy “hitting the road” in the New England and Florida markets. Getting out there waving our Gale Flag and talking about what we can offer businesses, municipalities, and anyone that will listen. I also enjoy working with our younger team members by providing them with guidance, support and opportunity. They are our future.
