Caroline Connolly is a member of Gale’s Civil Engineering Group responsible for design support and coordination of drawings with other disciplines under the direction of project engineers. She contributes to the delivery of a range of projects including site development, grading, utilities, and infrastructure improvements.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is learning more about all the behind the scenes work that goes into constructing or repairing a building, and seeing how everything I learned in college applies to the real world.
