Allison O’Neill leads Gale’s Structural Engineering Group providing structural solutions across the firm’s multiple consulting disciplines in building enclosure systems, historic restoration, athletic facility development and aviation planning and engineering. She is the President of Gale Associates, Inc. corporation and plays a key role in the “Attract, Retain, Grow” Strategic Planning Group, spearheading training and mentoring programs across Gale’s culture.
