Kaitlyn is a recent graduate of Western Michigan University. As a staff designer, she is continuously learning while working on projects involving athletic facilities like synthetic turf fields, athletic tracks, and tennis courts. Through her prior experience in land development, she has gained skills in CAD and a better understanding of the design and construction process on a project.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy watching projects progress from start to finish, from design on a computer to construction of a real facility. I also enjoy seeing the different designs and comparing them to athletic facilities I have competed at while being a student-athlete in college.
