Athletic Facilities Renovation
Design, permitting, and construction phase services for renovations to the NCAA Division II Soccer and Lacrosse facility at Rollins College. The existing athletic field was completely reconstructed with new subsurface stormwater management systems, shock pads, synthetic turf surfacing and related site improvements. To mitigate synthetic turf heat transmission to student athletes, an organic infill material was installed along with a high-performance irrigation system capable of cooling off the field in minutes.
