Starting college, Alex was an undeclared business major and not sure what she wanted to do until she took a Human Resources course. She enrolled in a few more HR courses and was hooked. Once in the profession, she knew she made the right decision.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I have a few favorites! The spontaneity of the job is probably my absolute favorite. You never know what is coming your way and every day is different. You are constantly learning and experiencing new things which keeps you from getting bored or stagnant. I also enjoy interfacing with employees and recruiting. Our employees are Gale’s biggest asset, so having a hand in building the team with so many talented and wonderful individuals is rewarding and exciting.
